Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 July 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Kitted. By using Kitted or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Kitted helps teams describe, generate, deploy, and manage internal tools. The service may include early access features, generated code, integrations, hosted tools, and related support.
Because Kitted is still developing, parts of the service may change, be limited, or be unavailable from time to time.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you use Kitted on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
We may limit, suspend, or revoke access to the service or specific features at our discretion.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Kitted, including by:
- Violating applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempting to access systems, data, or accounts without authorization.
- Uploading malicious code or harmful content.
- Using Kitted to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Interfering with the security, integrity, or availability of the service.
4. Customer content
You retain ownership of the prompts, data, files, and other content you provide to Kitted. You grant Kitted the rights needed to process that content to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit content to Kitted.
5. Generated output
Kitted may generate code, schemas, interfaces, automations, and other output. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before using it in production or relying on it for business-critical workflows.
Generated output may require testing, security review, configuration, and operational oversight.
6. Third-party services
Kitted may connect to third-party providers, APIs, infrastructure, or integrations. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
7. Early access features
Preview and early-access features are provided as-is and may be changed or discontinued. We may collect feedback and usage information to improve the product.
8. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kitted is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every use case.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kitted will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
